I bought the conquest energizer calender from the webstore and have been charged twice for it. is there anyone that isnt EA support that i can speak to about getting this money back? (Without chargeback as i dont want to be banned).
See I purchased the conquest pass and never got it, I was charged and everything. Online support said contact support in game but even once I’ve done that, there is no way to tell if my ticket was even created.
Is there any way this can be raised higher? An acknowledgement of the double charge with no resolution is pretty deflating
