Double charged for Jedi Knight Revan Lightspeed Bundle

Hi,

I was double charged for the Revan Lightspeed bundle. Two order numbers: 1007401649495 and 1007402249495. I have spoken to someone in support and quite frankly the answer is not acceptable. It was stated that 'I have claimed the bundles' and therefore cannot receive a refund.

I have indeed received the first LSB, but for the second I was given crystals. I have no choice on claiming or not, it is automatically given to my account - I did not want to buy crystals, nor should a double charge have been possible. The crystals are still on the account and can quite easily be taken off me + money returned. I am quite happy to spend on the game, but if errors like this can happen where money is effectively stolen from a customer without a return, it will stop me continuing to spend.
