How to unlock the Starkiller portrait?

I have SK unlocked, but do not have his portrait. There are also no instructions on how to obtain the portrait. I’ve been looking everywhere and found nothing. Can I get some help with this one? Pics attached. Thanks in advance.

It was a swgoh anniversary gift for players, if you weren't playing the game at the time it released than theres no way to get it
