Ea account hacked and banned

My ea account was hacked, then banned. In the process my link got switched to some random EA account because the hacker changed the email. Because its banned I can not unlink it from my mobile device...

Hi there. Thanks for reaching out. Unfortunately, we can't help with bans over the EA Forums. You'll need to open a case with an advisor so they can assist with this. That can be done by using the 'Contact us' button at the bottom of this page. You'll need to verify you own the account before they can make any changes.

I can’t do that because: A. The banned account was never mine B. I have none of the account info (user…) C. They have no reason to unban it.

  If you were never the owner of the account before it was banned, support will not be able to help.

    I was the owner, then the email on the account was changed, making a new account because I recovered mine. Then that random new account got banned.
