I am dealing with the same issue and I am being sent in circles by these "Advisor". I sent 50.00 on this account and can't recover it. Have they helped you resole this issue?!!
That didn't work either and I am on with a fourth advisor. How do you escalate this issue to the next level because customer service isn't correcting anything and keeps sending me in circles!!
This is my secondary account it is at level 60. I can still see all of my currencies for that account in the EA store but it will not allow me to connect it. I ve spent about 1200.00 on my primary account. Can the 50.00 be refunded and used for my primary account. EA can delete my secondary after the figure out how to fix the issue that should be easily resolved by signing in and connecting the account.
This was a good idea, but unfortunately did not work for me. Still stuck getting the same error message as before
