EA robbed me

I purchased the episode pass and they gave me a daracron pack that I didnt want instead. After 2 weeks of talking to 4 different EA support people they told me I already had the episode pass and there was nothing they could do for me. I attached screenshot of my purchase and screenshots that proved I didnt have the episode pass that I had purchased. Please beware when spending real money in this game. If purchases go wrong they will do nothing to fix it for you. I will never spend money on a EA game again due to this terrible customer support. I feel like I just got robbed

    Do you have 2 accounts,and did you buy it on the wrong account?

    Nope, only 1 account. I was more upset with the support. This was an easy fix IMO. Take the datacron pack and give me the pass lol but apparently that was not an option
