I wavered between this being a fox or not - but, and I'm not sure - prior did his basic get counter attacked by everyone on a CLS lead team?
If so, then I can see the change was done to make EP more viable.
I simply don't think I ever ran EP verse a CLS led team before this to know....
His basic never got counted, it always just too little damage from rebels and jedi’s Now it just doesn’t do it anymore.
