Empire anniversary quest disappeared

I started playing today and was going through the anniversary quests to get the lightspeed tokens for the characters. I had made good progress, but noticed after completing the ‘Defeat 100 enemies with Sith’ quest that the quest chain had disappeared. Now all the other quests are working fine as they should except for this particular chain.
