Episode pass didn't activate

Purchased the recent Episode pass when it released but it didn't "Activate".  It's no longer an option for me to purchase eithe in the webstor or in game, so it clearly went through. Tried in-game help to fix it and when they finally responded (3 days later) they say I received the coaxium so there's no issue? Meanwhile I've missed out on an entire galactic challenge worth of Episode pass rewards to inclued the 20+ character shards im out at this point. Is there any other route for support besides the in game option?
