Thank you EA/CG for the lags

Thank you EA/CG for creating the lagging issue in your game. For your failure to address it. For your in app help button to blame me when you know it's happening world wide. I have gather screen shots of all this from the forums. The convo I had through the in app help service. Also the videos I took of actual game play in every mode ( GAC, fleet arena, squad arena, TW) and yes even your new Coliseum. Submitted all this to my credit card company and bank. Both agreed that the merchandise (characters, gems, game play) was not what I received. They both have agreed to refund my cards back the money that was spent totaling $119.00 roughly. Because of your silence and the help button accusing nature (acting like it's my fault), this helped the process go so fast. I encourage everyone else to do the same since that seems to be all you answer to is your pocket book at the end of the day.
