Episode pass issue

Hey everyone,

Earlier this evening I purchased the episode pass because I needed some zetas for GAC signup rn (finishing tomorrow), however when I’ve bought it, my game crashed and upon re open I haven’t got the episode pass on my account. Apple says the transaction has gone through so I’m just not really sure what to do. I really need to zetas before gac signup is over and yeah that’s my story I guess.not sure if it’s needed but my id code is 396-331-284
