I think there's been a major general problem for the past few weeks with the PC application (macOS???) affecting items also sold in the online store: LSB, etc.
Regarding my purchase of the "VANGUARD LIGHTSPEED RESISTANCE": during the first sales period in the online store (June 22nd to 27th), I couldn't buy it; the application couldn't display the payment selection page.
The same thing happened at the beginning of the second sales period, which was shared between the website and the application (June 25th to 30th) with the following message: "You are currently purchasing this item, ..." !
However, right after the end of the first sales period on June 28th, it worked in the PC application as if by magic!
And here I am, experiencing the same issue where the payment options page for the current Grogu simple "Episode Pass" isn't displaying...
It's not that I don't want to pay without the PC discount for your products, but you (CG) are surely losing sales and players because of a stupid setting or a bug in your sales module.
I don't know if your accountant and/or president would be happy to learn about this lost revenue, but you need to fix this very, very quickly before the teams suffer...
If other players can share their experiences, the feedback would be even better.
