Purchased Finalizer LSB and received crystals instead.

Hello, I bought the Finalizer LSB today and got crystals instead. What course of action can I take next to get my purchase? And yes, I have pressed the "restore purchase" button already.

Hey you guys, they finally gotten to me. I posted my problem in the bug forum and that gotten their attention. EA fixed my problem and gave me the LSB. So go do that!

I get a response every 2/3 days but no one helps me. I got these kind of answers. I just suppose we are getting scammed. I dont know how i can ask a refund on the bank since almost a month has passed.
