So, I just bought the Jedi Training Rey LSB, and did not received. Instead, got like 5k crystals, with an inbox that there was a problem, and I was compesated as best as I could. Now, when I go into the Shop, the LSB is not avaliable. How can I get the LSB I paid for?

Yea I don't know why this happens I have only ever had it happen to me once but it's a huge red flag for the system and likely scares away spenders.

I tagged meathead in a post and flat out said if I have too I’ll have my bank take the money back since at this point I’m being scammed by them. If they don’t fix this I probably won’t buy anything again.
I have the same problem. I bought the Raddus bundle 22sept. but i got 2800 crystals instead of the LSB .
I get a response every 2/3 days but no one helps me. I got these kind of answers. I just suppose we are getting scammed. I dont know how i can ask a refund on the bank since almost a month has passed.
