Episode pass purchase has not completed after 36 hours

I bought the episode pass on the first night it was available from the webstore and paid via paypal. The purchase is still "pending" and no pass has been activated. I do not wish to try the purchase again, because I'd rather not pay twice.

Attached is the receipt on PayPal. My allycode is 751-799-658.

I am hoping for a swift resolution to this issue as the kyrotechs could come in handy.

Posted here 24hours ago with the two receips (yes, I make the mistake you didn't make, I try to buy it two times..) and my allycode.
Still nothing. Tomorrow, I won't be able to fight in the event with a five stars Kleya, because I don't have the 20 shards from the Battle Pass I payed TWO times..
Don't know if we need to report somewhere else.
