Episode Pass purchase missing from my account

Yesterday I bought the episode pass through the mobile game app, the game restarted and I did not receive it.

    Already done it, they said to wait 24 hour, it's been more than 24hrs now, I contacted them again today and they told me to ask you guys directly. which is it then??!!
