Looks like you can log into the game again and play as normal.

Additional information: I can log into an old alt of mine no problem, it's only when I try to log in with the account associated with the ally code in the original post that I run into this issue.

I have restarted my phone, uninstalled and reinstalled the game, and cleared the game cache on my phone to no avail.
