After 6 days of fighting, I finally got an answer regarding my technical problem with error 9.
Nobody can help me.

To summarize:

- EA forces us to log in using their account.
- You can PERMANENTLY overwrite your game data if you ever click "Login" instead of "Import Account" when logging in.
- NO warning message informs you that you are overwriting your account.
- EA support says they don't have the capacity to solve the problem.
- In-game support says they don't have the capacity to solve the problem.

After 5 years of playing, tens of euros invested in a game... Screw you EA, screw you CG.
You're a bunch of incompetents killing your game.
