Error 9.0 in mod challenges

How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Summarize your bug Everytime i try to do a mod challenge it prompts me saying i have internet issues and need to restart the game. My connection is good tho. I tried with both wifi and mobile connection

A colleague at work has the same problem as you. Ally code 346-117-948
Personally, I have an error 9.0 problem when I'm picking up mod from the inbox. Ally code 452-157-594
See picture.
Changing connection type (wifi/stronger wifi / mobile data) or reinstalling game did not help get rid of the bug.

I am having a similar issue but when I try to multi-sim mods. I can do an individual challenge but cannot sim.

One of our guild members, Ben Kryze (ally code 295-486-865) lost all of his Mods, even the equipped ones and he was insultingly told that he sold them. You have to unequip every mod before selling and I guarantee it that no real investigation was put in place towards his account.

As a guild member of his i will be looking to follow up on this and ensure that he is either fully compensated for a large number of mods and credits or to have his mods restored. I am gathering further information from him at this moment.
Can you please take the time to tell me exactly why someone would choose to sell all their mods except for 1 character?
