Error 9.0 Requesting Assistance

I haven't been able to log in to my alt account for about a month now. I turn the game on, it wants me to relogin using my EA connect, I type in the information then get popped back out with Error Code 9.0.

My main account, I can get into just fine every day. I did all the advised troubleshooting and have had no luck. I contacted support in game and they told me it was a webstore issue and will be fixed at some point.
