General’s Command Advanced Fleet Mastery Event – Tier IV Battle Won’t Start

I’m experiencing a bug with the General’s Command Advanced Fleet Mastery event, Tier IV.

I have unlocked all seven required ships at 7 stars, and the event confirms that all requirements are met.

However, since yesterday, whenever I try to play Tier IV, I can get through the introduction and select my seven ships as usual. After clicking the green BATTLE button in the lower corner, the battle appears to start, but the battle controls are incomplete.

In the top-left corner, I can see the gear icon, the screen icon, and the 4x speed button, but the play button (the triangle between the screen icon and the 4x speed button) is missing. As a result, I cannot properly start or play the battle.

I’ve tried this repeatedly since yesterday, and the issue persists. I have screenshots showing the problem.

Could someone please investigate this issue and advise how I can complete Tier IV? Since the event requirements are met, it appears that something is preventing the battle from loading correctly.
