Error 9.0 when switching to main account

Every time I try to log into my main account on my phone I am hit with an error 9.0. I have attempted to clear cache and reinstall the app. Neither method changed anything. I have been having this issue for 2 days now. I can not even log into my account on the computer because it says it’s not linked but it’s been linked for years.

I'm having this problem too! Did you recently create a new ea acount? I haven't played in a long time and wanted to get back in, but I created a new ea account between when i stopped playing and now, and I'm thinking somehow my ea account isn't tied to my old account. LMK if you get it figured out
