  • Hi there,
We checked your account and it looks like some character assets were not downloaded correctly on your device.
In order to fix this issue, please try the following:
    1. Uninstall the game
    2. Make sure you are connected to a strong and stable Wi-Fi network
    3. Reinstall the game
    4. Launch the game and leave it in the Home screen for around half an hour until it is done fully downloading all the assets (make sure you don't play during this time)

Hopefully this works and it manages to download all the assets correctly.

    Thanks.

Sooo...I had my SD card formatted as internal storage and the game was kept on the SD card. When I try to migrate it, it'll say that internal storage is full (it's not). I uninstalled, ejected my SD card and reinstalled to force it onto internal storage. I let it download all assets for half an hour and it's good to go! UNTIL I remount my SD card and then I receive the same error. I eject my SD card again and wa-la the game works again. Clearly there is some sort of weird conflict going on.
