ERROR CODE 60

Happens at startup. Maybe 3-5 mins after I launch the game it will spit out "Error Code 60" and tell me to restart. Every single time. I've uninstalled the game, wiped the caches, removed it from Google Play, and I've even gone into the phone's files to remove all traces of it from my device. Issue persists.
