Error Code 9 - EA Connect

Hi, I am having issues with my account and EA Connect. I saw there were rewards in the webstore and went to go log in to claim them, but was unable to repeatedly. I went in-game to settings and checked my links, and saw that my account was already linked to EA. I tried unlinking so that I could re-linking it to fix the webstore issue, but that did not work since the game crashed and gave me Error Code 9.
