Many in my guild bragged and shared screenshots of receiving all three types of Signals in their inboxes as rewards for reaching a certain position in the Colosseum leaderboard. But for some reason, my account didn't receive any such rewards. Only Era Currency for converting materials. I'd like to know why.

When claiming rewards on coliseum the game crashes with an error- code 9
This has been going on since 7pm gmt 10 February 2025

My game crashes when I try to collect the colosseum rewards. It restarts and says error 9.
