Error downloading assets

Can anyone help me? When the game comes to update everyweek the same error message keeps coming up everyime saying "error downloading assets" I've uninstalled the game turned my phone off and on, I've cleared the cashe and nothings working the last couple of time when I've uninstalled and reset my device it normally works but this time it's having none of it. Can someone help?
