Error Message When Trying to Buy the $29.99 Pack for Depa Billaba

I am having the same issue. And it does not only happen for the Depa Billaba bundle. Anything I try to buy from the webstore, shows up my saved cards on a popup for 1-2 seconds and then the error message appears and I cannot proceed with the purchase. 

jc524​ try doing it from an incognito/private browser instance. That's what worked for me. Hope it works for you as well.

I ended up trying to buy it in-game rather than the web store and it gave me a prompt saying something like "you have a pending purchase, would you like to cancel the pending purchase first?"  I said yes & ended up buying the pack in-game.  I got the secondary $75 pack in the webstore using the incognito browser you mentioned & it worked

I'm having the same issue - but im not getting the cancel pending purchase option....

Same here.  incognito mode didn't work.  is it a cookie issue that the incognito mode is solving?

If they gift you crystals, request a refund. The crystal amount is no where near an equivalent value. Not even for the number of character shards.
