Error with Hoth lsb after purchase (didn’t recieve)

I recently bought 4 light speed bundles via swgoh webstore (aphra, r2, Luke allies and hoth) and I was charged for all 4 on my bank account, however I never received any of the Hoth light speed characters in game, but I received all the other lsbs. Could someone at cg fix this, thanks and much appreciated!
