Please get back in touch them. The best way to contact our support team is by creating an in-game ticket. This sends us through details about the account and means our support team can help them out faster.
Here's how to send in a case from your SWGOH account:
- On the home screen, tap the ⚙️ Cog wheel icon/ Settings button in the top left corner of your screen.
- Tap the Help button and your game will connect to the EA Help support site
- From the page that loads, in the top left, click on the EA Help logo to bring you to the EA Help homepage
- Type 'SWGOH' into the search bar and select the tile that appears.
- Select See all help topics.
- Select the Manage my account category.
- Select I need help logging into my EA Account.
- The available contact options should appear under the heading 'Still need help'.
It's good you have your Player ID's handy as the support team may ask for them.
