@Barbarossa5I used a mobile application, I bought a pack in the game and that's all, that shows that the account is mine, in chat live they say they can't help me, and in emails always respond by asking and finally they send an email saying "we don't monitor anymore this email address try in Answers Q or chat live. 23 emails aprox in 4 different tickets and they are unable to make the ID exchange. In IGG.com they were able to do it why not EA? If I am asking it is because I have already tried to enter in all ways

@Barbarossa5The answer is still no, was only facebook, now nothing, but does not mean that the ID change cannot be done. ok. now im 100% sure that only the EA Support themselfes can help you. unfortunally you have to try over and over agin with them
