Executor Packs.
I did all my refreshes for the executor event and was planning on getting the last 50 shards with crystals, but the packs aren’t there.

As far as I know you should be able to unlock it without even having all ships at 7*.
You can play the first 3 stages and then buy the 40 missing shards with the packs, so there shouldn't be any requirement
That's certainly what I thought. I'm just looking for something that would explain players like us not having the packs while players who have it 7* do.
