Executrix Fleet Mastery Event Bugged

My Executrix Capital ship is only 6-Star, but I cannot access the Fleet Mastery Event. Could anybody help me on this matter? My ID: 257972143

I am unable to do the Executrix 7 star as it says it's locked to players with a 7 star Executrix.  I do not have a 7 star Executrix, and this has caused me to miss 2 of the events.
