Expecting no help with LS Bundle issues??
EA, this is frustrating. You haven’t responded to my post, or DOZENS of others. About how LS Bundles gave us crystals instead of what we paid for.
After describing the issue here, I got nothing. After emailing the EA help “link” in email, I got nothing. After trying the in-game “help” support, I have become infuriated. 6-8 hours for a response, different “customer care” people, not a single one reads the chat, they don’t stick around TO chat, they ask for the same thing, and I was given this gem (screenshot below) that the issue is resolved because I got crystals.
What?! The issue IS that I got crystals!! In the last few days, a fellow officer in discord was kind enough to gift me the pack. So now I don’t even NEED the bundle. It is infuriating.
if EA wants my business with bundles again, they will fix this with me. I would bridge the gap between this $15 bundle and maybe a $20 or $25 bundle for something new. If not, I simply won’t spend money here again. I am just one person, but MANY are reading this.
