I haven't taken the offers from Support for half the crystals refund. Previously, I would reply with the question of whether or not the issue would be fixed, they wouldn't acknowledge that there was any issue. At first I was told there wasn't anything they could do about compensation, then they offered me half and then they rescinded the half and said I couldn't be refunded, then they offered half again. And I keep replying asking if they acknowledge the issue. It's very disjointed since I'm dealing with a response from a different person every time. It seems like each one is just trying to push out a reply and get me to go away so they can close the ticket. I've finally broken through and found someone that says they're going to present the issue to the team. I directed them to this tread to help with the investigation. Hopefully, this gets addressed now. I'll keep pressing.
