Extra Life Event Reward Missing

So, it's been almost 20 days since I was supposed to get the reward from the $ 50$ donation I gave. Sure, it was in good faith, but I expect to have the reward just like the other who donated the same amount.

I have opened a file on EA support with this problem, but I figured it would also not hurt to talk about it here. Has anyone else had that problem?   

Sorry in advance if another tread already exist about it, I did not find any.
