Failed Large Galactic Upgrade Kit on Webstore

Question

Just tried to purchase the upgrade kit - I always go through the webstore to get Kessel Run rewards and have never had a problem before, but it took my payment and did not send me either the package itself or the kessel run rewards. The support bot is useless. Looks like others are having similar problems - Help!

And now the kit isn't available in the webstore or in-game, despite saying it would be available for 5 days. I was going to purchase it again with another payment method, I guess this has been identified as an issue, if they took it off the store? In any event I'm still out $27 working with my payment processor - please fix this EA!
