if you login to ea connect, are you giving email adress and password on the lower part, or are you pressing any of the button on the top (like google)

Here's what it gives me when I click on ea connect. I'm not sure what action to take after this.

instead of using the button on the top, go ahead and use the form on the bottom with the same email adress instead. reset the password if necessary.
after making sure you can login this way, try using the webstore this way
