Summarize your bug In the game mode conquest the counter showed that I needed only 6 more points to reach the next reward chest. I completed feats that total 20 pts and the counter showed that I needed 1 more point. It is bugged and I should have achieved the next reward chest
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? See if the feats were showing for the correct amounts and add up to the correct total.

In the game mode conquest the counter showed that I needed only 6 more points to reach the next reward chest. I completed feats that total 20 pts and the counter showed that I needed 1 more point. It is bugged and I should have achieved the next reward chest. To top off, I spent money to buy crystals so I could achieve the next reward chest. This game mode has too many bugs and many people are very unhappy.
I tried contacting help through the app and they went ghost.

We checked the logs available to us and according to them, all the feats you cleared/completed at the end were counted correctly. The last feat you completed was the Potency down feat that was completed on 15.09.2021 07:52 am GMT+1. The other feats were cleared more than an hour before that and all counted correctly as well according to our logs.
