It took roughly two weeks to work through EA Support to receive the message that the problem is known and they may or may not fix it (that’s how I’m reading this). Support was given screen shots and I assume looked directly at my account.
All I can take from this is that I’m not crazy. Something is broken. Sucks I grinded for Profundity and am being denied it.
