Fleet Commander Training: Grand Moff Tarkin

This is my situation currently. I have 40/80 ackbar shards and just reached level 60. You get 20 shards from the ackbar fleet commander training. 20more from the tarkin fleet commander training tier3. To complete tarkin fleet commander training, you need to have ackbar and his ship unlocked, i have his ship unlocked. You get 40 more ackbar shards in the mace fleet commander training, but in order to access that, you need to complete the tarkin one, which i can’t since i dont have ackbar. This seems that i should now buy 40shards of ackbar via arena store which will take me 4-6 days. Surely this cannot be right?
