Received Asajj (Dark Disciple) shards instead of Inquisitor Barriss shards.

I reported that I did not receive the 5 shards of Barriss shards I got from a 1299 crystal pack, and instead of getting the Barriss shards, I was compensated with Ventress (DD) shards instead. I redeemed the crystals for Barriss for a reason. I do not want the Ventress shards. If I did, I would have purchased Ventress shards. This is not the first time that this kind of thing has happened, and this time it's preventing me from getting my 330 shards, and the bonus resources that I could have gotten from the daily battles in the Barriss event.

PLEASE, can you provide the shards that I ACTUALLY purchased, and not the ones that EA thinks I should have instead?! My ally code is 116-656-142.
