Free daily web pack not in web store

Hi, myself and several guild mates have checked our web store today, however the free pack is not showing up in any of our web store, we have not redeemed it since yesterday

all accounts are in the UK

    Found the reason, you can only get 25 of them. So people that can still get some probably missed some earlier in the month.

    Purchase Limit: 25

    But the lack of comunication is huge… if CG can confirm what I say, it would be great !!

    I have the same problem on my account since yesterday…. (French account btw)

    I also have this problem and the lack of it showing up does correspond to the 25 limit mentioned above. Still would be nice to have a confirmation.

    @EA_Gunner Thanks for the info. We'll now all be waiting for CG to " be sending out an inbox correction to players who reach the 25 limit for this month in the near future ".
