Freezer during sector 3 boss fight

Hello,

During the sector 3 boss fight (gungan vs imperial remnant), I have a freeze fight.

Characters don't mode but the tirer is still decreasing.

It is not the 1st time that I have this bug. Whatsapp is the cause? I've lost a lot of conquest energy because of this... this morning it happened twice in a row.
