Freezing bug still happening in 2025

CG still hasn't fixed the bug where the game freezes mid battle, for no reason whatsoever, which could cost you TW or GAC matches... Are they planning to fix this bug, otherwise they need to start making plans to compensate players whenever this happens, because this is getting ridiculous...
