My game crashed during tier 5 Darth revan

I haven't receive the reward for the tier 5 of Darth Revan. I'm stuck with 55 shards missing to unlock him even of I completed his journey. Can someone help me I bought the lightspeed bundle and was disapointed to see that after that I can't get him
