Frozen Battle/buttons disappear vs Visa DC

How often does the bug occur? Rarely (0% - 9%)
Summarize your bug Fighting ep/mj/Starkiller vs. Rey/BS/Visas w/ Visas datacron. In fighting, I get to ultimate and use it against the Rey team. They go down and reappear per the lvl 9 datacron. Rey appears laying flat. I proceed to kill them again and all the bottons disappear and sk frozen and can’t taken any action and times out with ~2:40 minutes left, but won’t register a result.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? You would need to take the same squads as described previously and see if the results can be replicated. This potentially costs me my gac and crystal rewards.
