Frozen gac battles

Come on CG.   I'm tired of losing gac because the game decides it's no one's turn.  And on top of that, you get to the end of the timer and it just sits there and you can't even take the loss with the progress you made.  This has been going on for a very long time and it's flat out deciding who wins gac sometimes.
