Hello,

At the end of this GAC season I was promoted from Chromium 1 to Aurodium 2 but recieved the wrong rewards due to being ranked -59110, as you can see below : 

I recieved 670 crystals, which are rewards for Chromium promotions, instead of 1080.

Here a picture below showing I really am Aurodium 2 with my skill rating : 

After that I also got 10 messages saying I didn't recieved any rewards due to lack of participation in GAC which are incorrect, as there isn't any GAC at the moment and didn't miss any defense phase nor attack phase this season. My inbox looks like this right now : 

I would like you to either send me the correct rewards or compensate the wrong ones claimed by sending me 410 crystals, thanks.
