Galactic Challenge not completing for the daily quest!

Add this issue to the growing pile of disappointment this update has brought.

@EN6A6E We tried to reproduce it, but the quest was completed without issues. Is the quest still showing up for you?

Seriously tone deaf if you consider a 12 hour gap between the galactic challenge and the quest to not be an issue. No, the quest is not currently possible to complete for a majority of the player base! Not even if we go back and redo galactic challenge battles. They are not registering towards completion.

@EN6A6E I assume you completed the GC before the quest list was updated. You'll need to wait for the next GC.

  That's the issue. I have seen people quit over this. The strangle hold over this game is only going to kill it off. There is nothing fair or fun about being told that we aren't allowed to claim rewards because CG decided to overlook the simplest thing like timing resets.
  Telling us we can claim the quest on the next challenge does not fix the issue. Daily quests are supposed to be completed on the same day they appear. What happens during the reset when there's a backlog of impossible to complete quests that the entire playerbase can't complete? Do you honestly think any of us are going to be happy about losing potential rewards? This update and these garbage galactic challenges are a slap in the face to everyone who plays this game including the paying players.
